Upon graduating high school, Mark attended Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado. With school not being a great fit, Mark enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he was stationed in Twenty Nine Palms, California for four years with various deployments. After being honorably discharged, he was employed with a small landscaping company in Bluffton, Ohio. Moving to Illinois, Mark was offered a job with a large, non-profit organization as a landscape technician specializing in construction. He stayed there for five years beginning as a landscape tech apprentice to lead landscape technician. Wanting to pursue more opportunities, he then went to a national landscape company for a brief period as a supervisor. It was in the fall of 2005 that he joined the team at Creekside, where his attention is devoted  to irrigation installation and logistical support, communication with clients and sales. He is also pursuing his Bachelor's degree. Two Thousand Six will mark his 7th year in the industry.
